GOD this used to get me in high school. i cared (care) so much, and these people in my poli sci class would just poke my arguments for fun, and then they would tell me i was “too intense”, but it is intense. it is a matter of life and death, it is important, and yeah i got red faced and sometimes teared up, but they had no idea what they were doing and saying.
